Two suspects in custody after gas station robberies – Nidderau

(cl) After a series of petrol station robberies in January and February in Nidderau, three male suspects aged 20, 23 and 24 were identified as a result of extensive investigations by the Hanau public prosecutor’s office and the Hanau criminal police working group.

The homes of the three suspects were searched on Monday. In addition, the two suspects, aged 20 and 23, were provisionally arrested by investigators from the police headquarters in Southeast Hesse. On Tuesday, they were presented to the magistrate at the Hanau district court, who issued the arrest warrant requested by the Hanau public prosecutor’s office against both of them. The two men are now in a correctional facility.
