Two spectators died at Italy car rally | Abroad

The victims are Italians aged 21 and 35. They were on a knoll when the vehicle veered off the road at high speed on a straight section of the track. The two were crushed by the car, Italian media reported. The driver and co-driver were uninjured, but were shocked.

The accident happened during the 41st Rally Appennino-Reggiano, a well-known motorsport event, in the municipality of Canossa.
