The controller for the next Sony console continues to tell us more about it via a brand new patent.
While PlayStation 5 and its controller could be revealed in the course of next month if we believe the many rumors from the web, we discover this evening two new features that the Dualshock 5 could embark to simplify our lives. Via a brand new patent filed by Sony, we can see two major improvements for the joystick of the home console.
Not surprisingly, the patent again evokes the triggers placed on the back of the pad like what is now done on PlayStation 4 via the official accessory launched by Sony. But the interesting discovery lies in the presence of a microphone in the controller in order to simplify voice commands as well as audio chat during our game sessions.
In addition to this, the presence of a microphone in the accessory could allow the inclusion of many new gameplay features like Nintendo has done on its portable consoles in the past. We remind you, however, that a patent does not always turn into something concrete and that you have to be careful before taking your discoveries for granted.
