Two great goals under the snow! Arsenal defeated West Bromwich for the Premier League

Arsenal begins to leave his bad moment behind and does so with a resounding win against him West Bromwich 4-0 and under heavy snowfall. The set led by the Spanish Mikel Arteta He started his 2021 in a good way winning in the Premier League with goals from Kieran Tierney (23’), Bukayo Saka (28 ‘) and a double of Alexandre lacazette (60 ‘and 64’). The first two were goals, the first for a great individual play and the second for a perfect team play.

After a very bad moment before Christmas, Arteta’s men got up: victory against Chelsea (3-1), the same against Brighton (1-0) and today an outstanding win against West Bromwich Albion (4-0) , accumulating two consecutive away victories. The ‘Gunners’ victory came under heavy sleet, which left the playing field white at The Hawthorns. Arsenal played a great game and had the luxury of scoring very colorful goals.

The first came in the 23rd minute with a great individual play by Kieran Tierney, who faced Darnell Furlong on the left, hooked and defined marvelously. The second was different, since instead of being an individual move this was collective. Bukayo Saka combined on two occasions with Emile Smith Rowe and Lacazette to later define in a very good way at 28 minutes of the first half.

In the second half and with a completely snowy field, Lacazette was dispatched with two goals from a scorer. It was an important victory for Arteta’s men, who were already beginning to falter in course after some bad results and the elimination of the national cup. From October 17 to November 19 the ‘Gunners’ had only won one game out of ten.

With this result, Arsenal were left with 23 units in 11th position, 10 points behind the leaders (Manchester United and Liverpool). For its part, West Bromwich is second to last with only 8 units and in relegation places. Those of Arteta will face Crystal Palace at home on the next date on Thursday 14 from 17:00 (Argentina), while those of Sam Allardyce will visit West Ham on Tuesday 19 from 15:00 (Argentina).
