Turkish Businessman Sues Doctor Over Botched Penis Enlargement Surgery

A Turkish businessman from the city of Tekirdağ is suing a doctor after a surgical procedure aimed at enlarging his penis allegedly backfired.

This is reported by the Turkish TV channel Halk TV, which refers to documents submitted to the court. The case is discussed in a number of Turkish and international media.

According to the TV channel, the businessman claims that his penis measured one centimeter smaller after the operation than before.

It should be a decrease from 12 to 11 centimeters – as well as an unspecified reduction in circumference.

Doctors dispute

According to the TV channel, the businessman also claims to have been promised an increase in penis length of between 3 and 5 centimeters – as well as an increase of between 1.5 and 3 centimeters in circumference.

The doctor denies having done anything wrong – and disputes the businessman’s reduced penis size.

He claims that the businessman’s penis was already 11 centimeters long before the operation – and that it was explained to him that for anatomical reasons it was not a given that he would benefit fully from the operation.

Demand compensation

After the operation – which is said to have been carried out in January 2022 – the businessman is said to have experienced bleeding, which was treated by the same doctor. He himself claims to have had scarring on his penis, and that he had problems walking for a month, according to Halk TV.

The businessman is demanding 500,000 lira – approximately NOK 172,700 in financial compensation.

The defense claims that the plaintiff is trying to enrich himself on an incorrect basis – and refers to the claim as unacceptable.

The case has still not been decided as of 3 January, according to the British tabloid newspaper The Daily Mail.
