The Trump campaign asked the U.S. appeals court in Philadelphia to schedule a hearing and allow attorney Rudy Giuliani to bring forward arguments about alleged unfairness at the polls. But the judges rejected that. “Complaints about dishonesty are serious. But calling an election unfair doesn’t make it that way, ”a statement said.
The Trump team can now take the case to the highest U.S. court, the Washington Supreme Court. Lawyers for the Trump campaign indicate in a tweet that they also intend to do so.
