A truck has lost a load of concrete on a ramp to the West ring road. A photo shows how the entire road surface is smeared.

The Amsterdam-Hemhaven driveway of the inner ring is therefore completely closed. A special cleaning machine from Rijkswaterstaat, a so-called ZOAB cleaner, must first come and clean the road surface, only then can the road be opened again.

How the truck was able to lose the concrete is not yet clear. It is also unknown when the ramp will be reopened to traffic.
