Gold prices continued to decline in the local market, during trading today, Wednesday, and a gram fell by one pound, compared to its level at the end of yesterday’s trading.
Naguib Club, Secretary General of the Gold Division in the Cairo Chamber of Commerce, told Masrawy that the price of a gram of 21 carat gold decreased during today’s trading to 869 pounds compared to 870 pounds at the end of yesterday’s trading.
The price of a gram of 18 carat gold reached about 745 pounds, and the price of a gram of 24 carat reached about 993 pounds, and the price of one pound of gold was 6,952 pounds.
Globally, gold prices rose during trading on Wednesday, and the price of an ounce fell by $ 19.18, or 1.04%, compared to the end of yesterday’s trading; It will reach $ 1931.7 at 12: 1 pm Cairo time, according to Bloomberg.
Gold prices in Egypt fell dramatically during Tuesday’s trading, as the gram lost 38 pounds of its value at one go.
