Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) – Due to a suspected corona illness of the defendant, the judgment in the process has been postponed to a life-threatening knife attack in Bad Homburg. When the decision in the proceedings against a 28-year-old man can be announced has not yet been determined, according to the Frankfurt regional court on Friday.
Before the jury chamber, the accused is charged with seriously injuring a 37-year-old man with several knife wounds on Rathausplatz in Bad Homburg in January. The act was preceded by a celebration with copious drug and alcohol consumption. The prosecution requested a five-year prison sentence for attempted manslaughter.
