Trevor Sinclair and some Manchester City fans took to Twitter to give their reaction to Harry Kane’s performance for Tottenham Hotspur against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Kane started for Tottenham in the North London derby against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
The England international forward has not been in good shape so far this season, and the 28-year-old battled Arsenal.

Mikel Arteta’s team won the Premier League match 3-1.
Kane had chances to score, but the Englishman was unable to take advantage of them and also failed to beat Arsenal central defender Ben White in their duels.
Tottenham’s No. 10 took five shots at Arsenal, but only one of them hit home.
Kane had a 45.5% passing accuracy, won a header and made 25 touches.

The forward was linked with a move to defend Premier League champions City in the summer transfer window.
City manager Pep Guardiola told Sky Sports in August that he wanted to sign Kane from Premier League rivals Tottenham in the summer transfer window.
Sky Sports reported that the Citizens made a £ 100 million offer for the forward in June.
As you can see from the tweets below, the former City Sinclair winger and some fans of the defending Premier League champions weren’t impressed by Kane’s performance in the North London derby.

Feel for Harry there !! The club has killed him by taking him off the market and forcing him to stay! Shadow of himself #NLD

I wouldn’t trade Harry Kane for Gabriel Jesus. At least Jesus shows up when it really matters.

Luckily we didn’t get it, opportunity for Jesus to show that ST is worth playing in the city.

Please don’t compare Kane to Jesus! Jesus has a lot to prove, unlike Kane, who has been one of the most successful forwards in the league. The early days of Jesus!

Watching Kane not give a damn about the Spurs on the field is hilarious. It makes them boil every time they see him play now ????

Jesus always performs better. I don’t remember him being disappointed.
