The Football Training Institute (IFFF) through Fiona Divardjian (FFF) provided a training of trainers for future speakers of the Federal Leadership Training Course (PFFD).
Here are the objectives of the training:
- Learn and decipher the learning modes in a group
- Know your profile as a trainer
- Plan, organize and conduct training
- Master common animation techniques
- Give meaning to your training actions and take pleasure in training.
