Police in Australia said that a light plane crashed in a rural area in New South Wales state on Friday, killing the pilot and three children on board.
The Cirrus SR22 plane took off from Canberra and crashed at approximately 3:00 pm local time near the town of Queanbeyan, which is about 290 kilometers from Sydney.
According to police, emergency services responded to reports of a plane crash and fire.
She added that the fire force was able to put out the fire, but no one survived the accident.
