At 16.42, on Monday afternoon, the emergency services received a report of a traffic accident near the roundabout at Skjelsvik in Porsgrunn. The police operations manager says there must have been a collision between two vehicles.
The people involved are out of the cars.
The police on the scene are in contact with those involved. The accident has resulted in some material damage, but it should be possible for other traffic to pass.
