Tottenham Hotspur failed to score points at home Brighton & Hove Albion in week 33 Premier League. The Lilywhites bent 0-1.

Playing at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, London, Saturday (16/4/2022), Tottenham received fierce resistance from Brighton. The first half closed 0-0.

In the second half, Tottenham finally conceded before normal time ran out. Leandro Trossard scored for Brighton in the 89th minute, sealing victory for Graham Potter’s men.

The course of the match

Tottenham made Brighton trouble early on. The visitors appear disciplined.

Although Tottenham could press in the early minutes, there was no chance of endangering Brigthon’s goal. On the other hand, Tariq Lamptey et al could threaten Hugo Lloris’ goal.
