The congresswoman of Avanza País, Adriana Tudela, who seeks to annul the requirement of the vaccination card with three doses of the vaccine against Covid-19 through a habeas corpus filed with the Judiciary.

«Yesterday I presented a habeas corpus that seeks to annul the requirement of the vaccination card with three doses to have access to public and private spaces. We must not tolerate restrictions on fundamental rights without justification », he argued via Twitter.

As is known, the provision of the Executive Power requires all citizens to present the vaccination card with three doses to enter public and private spaces. However, this is considered by the parliamentarian as a “restriction on fundamental rights”, in reference to freedom.

Last March, Adriana Tudela, along with 12 other congressmen from Avanza País, Popular Renewal, Popular Force and Alliance for Progress; They asked the government of Pedro Castillo to lift the restriction on the use of masks in open spaces and the obligation to present the vaccination card, arguing that it was incompetent to restrict citizen freedoms.

From the Ministry of Health, it was announced that upon reaching 80% of those vaccinated with the three doses, it will be evaluated to withdraw the mandatory use of masks. Until April 15, coverage at the national level of the third dose reaches 51% of the population. In parallel, the fourth dose is promoted in people over 70 years of age and health personnel.
