There are important ways to lose weight in Ramadan:

1- Intermittent fasting

The system consists of fasting from food and sugary drinks for a period of 8 to 12 hours a day, and the month of Ramadan is a golden opportunity for those who want to lose weight, as it is a complete fast, which makes the body able to expel toxins and rely on reserves to complete the burning process.

2- Break the fast and then wait half an hour

Eating a little to break the fast and then waiting just half an hour will reduce your hunger appetite, such as eating salad, dates, unsweetened juices, or low-fat sherbet.

3- Sweets are a deadly poison

Too much of it is a poison that is fatal to health and increases weight without any nutritional value. A small amount of it helps a lot in losing weight.

4- Water is the secret to losing weight

After Tarawih prayers and until Suhoor, you must drink quantities of water gradually until Suhoor time, as water makes you feel full and improves burning.

5- Light suhoor

You can suffice with fruit, yogurt, or an egg with a little beans.
