The Dark Side of Gaming portal annually publishes a list of games that are best optimized for PC.

According to the editors, the optimized game can scale well on multiple processor cores and does not suffer from “console” side effects (low viewing angle, controller-only on-screen indicators, poor mouse and keyboard controls). This category also includes games that justify their high GPU requirements, but also run on older graphics cards.

• 1 – Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is the most optimized PC game of 2023. Doesn’t require a high-end processor, but it does need a good graphics card because of the amazing graphics. However, the game has a ton of PC tweaks, as well as support for DLSS 3.5 and FSR 3.0, which can provide significant performance boosts.
