A Activision announced this Friday (25th) the arrival of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 to the Nintendo Switch. This remaster of the first two titles in the franchise is the first Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater to debut on the console of Nintendo.
According to internal estimates of the Activision, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 was the franchise game that more quickly reached the mark of one million copies sold, taking only 10 days for the conquest. The title encompasses the same levels, skaters, maneuvers and soundtrack present in games from the 90s and 2000, with improved graphics.
In addition to the visual upgrade, the remaster brings new bonus content, like the Brazilian skateboarder Letícia Bufoni, who now joins Bob Burnquist, a Brazilian who has been present in the franchise since the original games. Another novelty is the inclusion of music “Confiscation”, from the brazilian band Charlie Brown Jr., on the soundtrack.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 was released in august 2020 para PC, Xbox One e PlayStation 4. A new generation of consoles received an optimized version of the game on the day March 26, 2021.
The Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 have two resolutions available: 1080p a 120 fps e 4K a 60fps. On Xbox Series S, the resolution is 1440p a 60fps. For those who had the Digital Deluxe version of the game for PlayStation 5 or Xbox One, the upgrade to the optimized version was free. Players who had the basic version had to pay a $10 fee for the upgrade.
