(ANSA) – ROME – According to what has been learned, the ranking a of the competition for specializations in Medicine will be published today. The Sixth Section of the Council of State has in fact deposited 16 different precautionary orders that accept the appeals of the Ministry of the University and the Ministry of Health in reform of the precautionary ordinances of the TAR which had admitted competitors with reserve.
With the 16 ordinances, the Council of State canceled the admission conditionally and limited itself to providing that the TAR fixes the hearing with priority in which the question of constitutional legitimacy can possibly be assessed. For the Sixth Section of the Council of State, priority must be given to the need for immediate continuation of the procedure relating to the competition of medical specialization schools with immediate publication of the ranking.
The competition was held last 22 September for a number of 14,395 places, the test was attended by about 24,000 young doctors, but the numerous appeals had blocked the ranking that can now be published. (HANDLE).
