A helicopter lifted him far up in the air, well over the top of the mountain Helsetkopen (1200 masl), where Cruise climbs to the side of the helicopter and jumps.

The practice driving is seen in connection with the giant driving ramp that is built on top of Helsetkopen, where Cruise will apparently use the motorcycle to jump off the edge of the mountain.
