Banque Atlantique and GTA Vie, two subsidiaries of the Moroccan group Banque centrale populaire, recently launched a digital solution in Togo, called “Atlantique Domaine Assurance (ADA)”, announced a press release dated February 26. “Atlantic Business International (ABI), a sub-Saharan holding company of the Moroccan group Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP), has announced the implementation of ADA,” the text says. “This launch, which comes one year after the deployment of Atlantique Assurance Vie in Côte d’Ivoire, is mainly in the context of the pursuit of initiatives aimed at strengthening the“ bancassurance ”model and guaranteeing growth in this market segment , underlines the sub-Saharan holding company of BCP ”.
ADA is an IT application designed, on the one hand, to facilitate interactions between the Group’s insurance companies and partner banks, and, on the other hand, ADA intends to significantly improve the marketing environment for insurance between the Group’s banking and insurance subsidiaries, informs the document. Among the many functionalities offered by the “ADA” solution, include subscribing to Insurance products, monitoring production and services, electronic document management by dematerializing subscription slips, claim reporting and monitoring Remote services. The official launch of this solution was recently given, via videoconference from Abidjan by Ahmed Serhrouchni, Director of Insurance at ABI.
The generalization of the ADA application to the entire network of branches of Banque Atlantique marks a significant step forward in the digital transformation plan initiated by the Group and supported by all of the subsidiaries, reflecting, moreover, the development dynamics of intra-subsidiary synergies, according to ABI.
