Personal of COUNTRYCare Patrol for Safe Childhood, was in charge of achieving the capture of John Alberto De La Hoz Escobar18 years old, who minutes before would have stolen under intimidation with a firearmin the company of six other subjects on several motorcycles, between communes 1 and 3 of Valledupar.
