A person has been sent to hospital by air ambulance after a collision between two open boats in Farsund, the police in Agder report on Twitter.
Two others have been transported to hospital in Flekkefjord. The extent of the damage is unknown.
There were a total of five people involved, and all must have been conscious.
– This has happened in the harbor basin right by the center of Farsund. I do not know anything about the extent of the damage, says operations manager in the Agder police district, Miriam Stausland to TV 2.
The police were notified of the accident at 21.31 on Saturday night.
– I do not know anything about the speed, the investigation must show. We are talking about small open boats, so there are probably not that big engines involved.
The operations manager states that there is no suspicion of blood alcohol content.
