Intensive beds
Of the intensive care beds in Austria’s hospitals, exactly half (1,071 of a total of 2,159) are still free for corona patients. The range of 20 percent in Burgenland is sufficient here
up to 62 percent in Salzburg
Ventilators
Throughout Austria (as of March 27th) 908 or 35 percent of the ventilators are still free. The regional differences are big. The capacities in Lower Austria (9 percent free), in Styria (16 percent) and in Vienna (19 percent) are comparatively low.
