Tips to prevent neck and back pain

After an hour of sitting in the chair, spend 10 minutes walking, running, or exercising, then continue sitting again and repeat every hour.

Make sure to walk during the day to get rid of muscle stiffness and pain in the neck, shoulders and back.

Exercise during the remaining hours of the day to maintain muscle flexibility.

Do not sit reclined or bent over in front of the computer screen. This position harms the muscles of the neck and body in general, as well as the back and spine.

Pay attention to neck, back, and shoulder exercises. They are simple and multiple exercises. Choose the simplest one and practice it.

Pay attention to movement for the rest of the day, eat healthy food, do not drink sugary drinks, and follow a healthy diet.
