Tim Cook and Tim Sweeney were witnesses to the Apple / Epic trial

The list of witnesses reveals who the two Apple executives are in the upcoming investigation of creator Epic. The prolonged war may be the defining moment in mobile app payments.

Both sides fought back when the Fortnight producer was fired App Store in August Last year after adding an in-game payment system designed to bypass Apple systems – with Apple’s personal file particles.

The epic accuses Apple of monopolistic practices regarding mobile payments. Apple, meanwhile, argued that Apple violated the App Store agreement to increase its revenue.

In a document provided by the hardware company last night, the CEO included Android features. For Apple, the list includes CEO Tim Cook, Executive Vice President of Software Engineering Craig Federky and Apple Fellow Phil Schiller. In Team Epic, starring Tim Sweeney and VP. Mark Raine. Administrators from Microsoft, Facebook and Nvidia are also in good standing.

In a statement to TechCrunch, Apple stated:

Our senior executives would like to share with the court about the tremendous positive impact of App Store innovations over the past 12 years on the worldwide economy and customer experience. We are confident that this lawsuit will prove that Epic deliberately breached his contract only to increase his revenue, which led to him being removed from the App Store. Thus, Epic breaches app store features in a way that reduces competition and puts consumer privacy and data security at greatest risk.

The trial is expected to start on May 3. We have approached the epic for further comment.
