1- The Compendium of Marco Vitruvio (1752)

Vitruvius was Julius Caesar’s architect during his youth. This book is the oldest surviving treatise on architecture and the only one from Classical Antiquity. Inspired by Hellenistic theorists, the book exposes all the knowledge of its time on architectural theory and practice, encompassing the construction of buildings, public works and machine designs.

2- Histories of Argentine Architecture, Vol. 1 and 2 (2018)

This is a book by Daniel Schvelzon (director of the Center for Urban Archeology). The text has been printed by Editores Argentinos, in the city of Buenos Aires and has a total of 245 pages (it can be downloaded in PDF format and its weight is 5.91 Mb).
