“During this pandemic, we have experienced interventions in freedoms that were previously unimaginable, we had vaccination requirements, lockdowns and school closures,” says Kern, among other things, in the interview. “In retrospect, we didn’t implement the regulations in a sufficiently differentiated manner,” he says in relation to measures such as compulsory masks and vaccination.
