This Saturday, at least three people were killed in a bomb explosion Saturday in Beni. In this city located in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Congolese and Ugandan armies are tracking down the rebels of the Allied Democratic Forces group (ADF).
“A bomb, an explosive device exploded in the center of the city of Beni. I ask the population to return to their homes for better security,” Colonel Narcisse Muteba, military mayor of Beni (North -Kivu, est), which did not give an assessment.
Three shredded bodies were seen by an AFP correspondent.
