Introducing the Affordable Cooler Master GA271: A 27-Inch 2K Monitor Perfect for Work, Media, and Gaming

Cooler Master, a well-known Taiwanese PC manufacturer, has recently introduced an affordable 27-inch 2K monitor called the Cooler Master GA271 in the EU and UK markets.

This monitor is aimed at individuals who are looking for a cost-effective 2K monitor suitable for various purposes such as work, media consumption, and gaming.

Cooler Master GA27 features a 27-inch flat screen with an aspect ratio of 16:9, ideal for gaming and multimedia content. The VA panel with 1.07 billion colors delivers rich and vibrant visuals and the 2K WQHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 ensures sharp and detailed images.

Although the 100Hz refresh rate isn’t ideal for fast-paced esports titles, casual gamers can still enjoy games on the GA27. The screen has a contrast ratio of 4000:1 and a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees horizontally and vertically. It supports GA271 HDR10 for better brightness and a wider color range.

The color gamut covers 95% of sRGB colors. Connectivity options include one DisplayPort (DP) and two HDMI ports, providing flexibility for various devices. And VRR technology, including Adaptive Sync and FreeSync, along with G-Sync Range support, reduces screen tearing and stuttering for smoother gameplay. And to enhance eye comfort during prolonged use, the screen contains Low Blue Light and Anti-flicker technology.

Overdrive technology improves pixel response to reduce motion blur in fast-paced scenes. VESA compatibility (100 x 100 mm) allows for easy wall mounting, and tilt adjustment from -5° to +20° allows you to find the most comfortable viewing angle.

The Cooler Master GA271 retails for around €164 in the EU, while the monitor costs £139.99 on Amazon UK.
