Threadripper 5995WX showed up in the benchmark, will it come soon?

Processor Rock Model School Map Park Map School Model
Threadripper Pro 5995WX 156,6 s 608 s 8.601,3 s 2.250,4 s
Threadripper Pro 3995WX 205,1 s 844,3 s

We do not have a comparison for the second set of results, but it can be seen from the first that we can expect about a quarter higher performance, but it will of course depend on the type of load. This is mainly due to the impact of a 19% increase in power per clock cycle, which is due to the Zen 3 cores and, in addition, it can also be an increase in working cycles.

The Threadripper 5000 generation has not yet been introduced, so it is not certain in how many and which versions it will arrive. According to leaked information, however, eight versions are to be introduced, five for the WRX80 (or Threadripper Pro) and three for the TRX40. They offer 64, 32, 24, 16 and 12 cores and then 64, 32 and 24 cores with TDP up to 280 W.

But they’re probably not around the corner yet, as information from Gigabyte’s stolen servers also reports that the Threadripper 5000 will be available in November, a year after the first Zen 3 processors.
