If we can believe the previous reports, Feyenoord would be in the interest of a number of American investors and the club would already be in extensive negotiations. This story was recently confirmed by Toon van Bodegom, chairman of the supervisory board of Feyenoord, who believed that several investors from America would be interested in Feyenoord.
According to Emile Schelvis this is absolutely not the case. The sports journalist says that Van Bodegom was recalled earlier this week by people within Feyenoord and requested that these kinds of reports no longer be brought to the media. “Those American investors do not exist,” says Schelvis in Ziggo Sport’s football program Rondo.
