Reporting from India TV News, a divorce story has recently gone viral for an unusual reason. The divorce story is known as the ‘Maggi Case’.
According to reports, the couple, who hails from Mysuru, India, are having problems in their marriage because the wife can’t cook. Because of that, his wife always serves ‘Maggi’ instant noodles for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
ML Raghunath as the head of the district as well as the court judge said that the matter involved divorce. Raghunath said the man complained that his wife always went to the supermarket just to buy instant noodles.
“Husband said his wife did not know how to prepare food other than Maggi noodles. They were noodles for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He complained that his wife went to a shopping store and only brought instant noodles,” explained Raghunath.
Raghunath himself explained that apart from the instant noodle case, the court had often received divorce requests from newly married couples. The reason is generally because of trivial issues, such as misplacing things, not having enough time for a partner, and the like.
