The procedures that can be carried out are:

- Only people will be served by appointment.
The INE He stressed that for any procedure in the citizen service modules it will be mandatory that the person has previously requested an appointment.

How to arrange an appointment?

Paso 1.
Select federative entity, mayoralty or municipality.
Paso 2.
Choose the service module of your preference or closest to your home.
Once these steps have been completed, the system will display a calendar where it will indicate the days available to carry out the procedure.
Select the desired date.
The availability of dates will depend on each geographical area of the country.
Paso 3.
Once you have selected a date, you must choose a time between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Selecting the day and time, you must indicate the type of procedure and the documents that you will present in physical form when you go to the appointment.
