This is what the Black Pride protest on Museumplein looked like

The first Black Pride protest took place tonight on Museumplein. The demonstrators demonstrated against gay violence against the black community.

Several speeches were made during the protest. In addition, some musical numbers were played in between. The protest was organized by Black Queer & Trans Resistance NL.

With this protest, the organization also wanted to speak out against police brutality, institutional racism and discrimination against the Dutch government. In addition, the previous generations who were oppressed were also commemorated.

Black Queer & Trans Resistance NL also argued for, among other things, full and equal access to (homeless) reception for LGBTQI + people and the availability of safe asylum seekers centers for LGBTQI + migrants.
