The father of Paris Saint-Germain star Kylian Mbappe admits a move to Barcelona in the summer transfer window is unlikely.
Mbappe, whose contract with PSG expires in June 2022, is expected to sign a contract with Real Madrid, although the 23-year-old French star has also been interested in Barcelona.

Mbappe’s father, Wilfred, explained the reason why Barcelona did not have good prospects for the player.
“I am a Barcelona fan, but my son, Kylian, is a Madrid fan,” Wilfred was quoted as saying Tribal Football.
“If he goes to Barcelona now, he will never be able to play for Madrid. If he goes to another club, he can always end up in Madrid.”
Ten years ago, Real Madrid invited young Mbappe to train at Valdebebas for a week during the school holidays around Christmas time.
Real Madrid now have the chance to get Mbappe for free in the summer.
Mbappe has scored 22 goals in 33 appearances in various competitions this 2021/22 season, with 12 goals in 23 matches coming in French Ligue 1.
