Thirteen horeca establishments fined in Liège

On August 14, ten establishments were fined. In Outremeuse, one of them has nevertheless reopened its doors after the passage of the police. A report will be drawn up and sent to mayor Willy Demeyer.

The next day, three Liège establishments also received a report, again for non-observed closing times. Over the two evenings, around thirty reports were written for individuals by the Liège police for non-compliance with Covid measures. According to the Liège police, these figures are usual compared to previous weekends.

Each year, the weekend of August 15 is synonymous with celebration in the city center and in Outremeuse. With the special measures taken following the spread of the coronavirus, no event could be organized this year in Liège.
