Thierry Henry (44), a football star who was active as the command tower of the American Professional Football (MLS) CF Montreal, decided to resign. It is a decision to be with a family who has been separated for a long time due to Corona 19.
The Montreal club announced on the 26th that “Manager Henry stepped down.” In the farewell speech revealed through the club’s homepage, Henry said, “I decided to (resign) with a heavy heart. “I had a very hard time personally over the past year.” “I couldn’t see the children because of the Corona 19 pandemic. The situation of having to stay in the US for several months doesn’t seem to change, but staying away for a long time is a great pain for me and my family,” he said.
After retiring from active duty in 2014, Henry took the lead. In 2018, he became a manager at AS Monaco (France), and the following year took over the post of Montreal. Montreal, with manager Henry, had a successful season last season, finishing ninth in the Eastern Conference.
