In this regard, the independent deputy for District 11 (which includes Las Condes), Tomás Hirsch, announced that it will present a requirement before the General Comptroller of the Republic.

The parliamentarian assured that the controversial tweet “Is tremendously violent and irresponsible, but it is also an act that is prohibited: administrative honesty obliges you to comply with the rules that correspond to a rule of law and a democracy ”.
“With this call, she is surpassing what is the normal functioning of a democracy like the one we have in Chile,” he questioned.
Hirsch to ask for tough penalties
“I am officiating the mayor Joaquín Lavín to carry out the investigation efforts that lead to this lady stop being a councilor of the commune of Las Condes, because it is not enabled for it ”, he added.
“In addition, I am presenting a request to the Comptroller’s Office for the investigation to be carried out and sanctioned in the way that corresponds to those who make a call as irresponsible and violent as the one made by this councilor,” concluded deputy Hirsch.
