The 4th Court of Peace of San Salvador received the tax demand against Selvin Martin RA and Jenny Celina TR who are accused of the crime of fraudulent administration to the detriment of two companies in San Salvador.
The Prosecutor’s Office maintains that the defendants took advantage of their jobs to make money expenditures that pretended to be commissions and administrative expenses, between 2016 and 2020.
The unjustified amount amounts to $1,284,274.39.
The initial hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday, February 26 at 9:30 a.m. at the courthouse.
