This Saturday afternoon, the murder of a man approximately 30 years old was reported in the municipality of Quezaltepeque, in La Libertad, without the National Civil Police (PNC) reporting the possible reasons for this criminal act.
According to information from the PNC, the victim was attacked with a knife and that a group of investigators are following the trail to locate and capture the person responsible for the homicide.
The police authorities reaffirm to the victim’s family that they will do everything possible to resolve the case as soon as possible, because no act of this nature will go unpunished.
In the early hours of this Saturday it was reported that on the first day of March no homicides were reported, only the death of a gang member in the municipality of Cuisnahuat, Sonsonate, after clashing with PNC agents who were patrolling in this zone.
