Sanitary sources said that the quarantine measures, which were applied to the Egyptians returning from the Chinese city of Wuhan, will be completed on Monday.
The sources added to “Masrawy”, today, Saturday, that the health status of all those in quarantine is being monitored by measuring the temperature in the morning and evening, and then conducting confirmatory analyzes not to injure any of those present.
She drew attention to the provision of buses to transport departures from the Hajar camp, and to identify two points in Cairo and Alexandria and transfer them to them, from which they will leave their homes, while continuing to communicate with them as well.
The source pointed out that all those in the medical camp will be informed of all instructions during the meeting with them within hours.
The expiration of the isolation period came after conducting all necessary medical examinations for 369 Egyptians, including 302 returnees from Wuhan and 14 flight crew that returned them, and the rest were quarantine staff, passport officers and drivers.
He assured the source of the families and contacts of the returnees from China, that they do not have to worry about dealing with them, as medical examinations and analyzes do not infect them with the Corona virus, and that they do not suffer from any health problems, so there is no reason for concern.
He added that the ministry is conducting daily medical examinations for them, until now, and no suspected cases of the virus have appeared, and the result of the analysis of the virus is negative for everyone.
