The dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Omar Larroza, said during the presentation of the final report of the second year of the Institutional Strategic Plan (PEI), that “we have done a lot in these years of definitive implementation.”
Last Monday, the presentation of the final report of the second year of the PEI of the National University of the Northeast was made. The event took place virtually, due to the social distancing restrictions in force due to the Covid-19 pandemic. On the occasion, institutional recognitions were also delivered to the areas that guaranteed the right to higher education in this health emergency.
It should be noted that through the PEI, the Faculty undertook a process of transformation through the management of clear leadership practices, accompanying, communicating and motivating the entire educational community.
In this context, at the beginning of the event, which was broadcast live through Zoom, YouTube and Facebook, the dean, Professor Omar Larroza stressed that strategic planning is a valuable tool “that came to stay and consolidate”, since “ it has shown that it is also effective in any context and that it allows us to generate tools that have to do with the predictability and actions of an institution ”.
