After holding a meeting with Governor Pedro Pierluisi, the presidents of the House of Representatives and the Senate, Rafael “Tatito” Hernández Montañez and José Luis Dalmau, respectively, reported today, Wednesday, the details of the conclave, where they discussed -between other things- various bills, the disbursement of federal funds to municipalities, attention to houses that still have blue awnings after Hurricane María and 4% to foreign companies.
“It was a very pleasant meeting, very sincere, where we discussed some points that I had advanced to the media,” said Dalmau, in a press conference held in the Hall of Illustrious Women in the House of Laws.
Meanwhile, Hernández Montañez announced that they had committed to giving way to a series of measures, among them, changes in the human resource structure, so that retirees can join the public service on a part-time basis, and even empower the Port Comptroller Rico so you can audit the debt of Puerto Rico.
