Celebration, Florida – Four bodies were found inside a house of Florida and one person was arrested in connection with the case, police said.
Orange County Police Department agents released few details of the investigation on Monday.
“All parties involved in this investigation are located”Police Chief Russ Gibson said during a brief press conference. He did not answer questions from reporters about the case.
Agents were notified of the house at Celebration, which is near Walt Disney World. The bodies were found inside the house, but police investigators did not indicate how they died or what charges could be presented to the detained person.
The identities of the deceased will not be revealed until the coroner performs autopsies, said police chief spokesman Jacob Ruiz.
On Monday afternoon, investigators had a large part of the block cordoned off with yellow crime scene tape.
Neighbor Marcelo Rodriguez said he saw agents in the two-story house Monday morning shouting at residents to open the door, the Orlando Sentinel newspaper reported. He added that he saw a man who lived there with his family outside the handcuffed house.
“We are shocked,” Rodriguez said. “It’s awful”.
