They extort in the name of ‘El Mencho’, leave business cards

The Attorney General of Mexico City (PGJCDMX) detected another form of extortion in the last days of December by alleged members of the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel (CJNG), it is a group of subjects who presented themselves in a small business of the Pensil Colony.

This was recorded in the CI file FMH / MH-2 / UI-1S / D / 11163 / 12-2019.

According to the reports, the first thing that happened was a phone call on the landline of the business.

A man’s voice threatened the employee who answered. “It was worth it … we will pass and you have to give us the rent …”, they said. As soon as he heard the threat, the man hung up the call.

But only a few minutes later the cell phone of the place owner rang. “Why did you hang me son of your …?” They questioned him. The man hung up once more.

The caller tried to communicate again. There were at least eight calls he made, but they didn’t answer him.

The next day they arrived at the place two men on a motorcycle. They carried guns. One of them headed towards an employee, and hit him with the handle of the gun.

The subjects asked for the owner, but since he was not they left him a business card and a phone number. “Tell him that if he doesn’t call us tomorrow we will return to kill him,” they told the man.

The card was written “Ing. Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes ”. Below they placed the acronym C.J.N.G., a long weapon and a marijuana leaf.

According to the subjects they worked for “El Mencho”, and he had sent them to collect the rent.

The Attorney General’s Office already investigates what happened. In addition, he provided protection to man to prevent extortion.
