Gustavo Ajche, founder of Deliveristas Unidos, lamented the fatal stabbing of a delivery man last Saturday in Lower Manhattan and stressed that this case is a reflection of the levels of insecurity that these workers must face on a daily basis. For his part, Councilor Fernando Cabrera assured that, if something urgent is not done to address this problem, the matter “will get worse.”
