The businessman Salvador Ricci, investigated by the prosecution against organized crime in the case of ‘The White Necks of the Port’, did not pay the contributions of AFP to his workers at the hotel and convention center ‘María Angola’, as revealed by ‘Cuarto Poder ‘.
The aforementioned program showed images of the workers who protested in front of the home of the businessman Ricci, claiming him for the payment of their AFPs and labor benefits. The workers decided to protest outside the Ricci home because, at the hotel, neither the judicial administrator gave them sufficient explanations.
Three of them commented on their situation and asked the businessman to fulfill their obligations. Among them, one did not find any trace of his AFP, another claimed his CTS (compensation for time of service), and a former employee reported that she does not have her payments registered with the ONP.

When asked about it, Ricci said that he never reviewed his company’s payrolls and promised his former employees to comply with the payments that he owes once the Reactiva Peru loans that he has requested “from two banks and two financial companies” are enabled. . He questioned, in that line, the intention of the journalistic report since with its dissemination “they will not give him credit.”
