Officials of the Bolivarian National Police, arrested a 42-year-old man, accused of the crimes of Gender Violence, Child Abuse and Kidnapping. The subject was identified as Mario Ángel Villalobos Perche, who attacked his couple and his 9-year-old stepdaughter.
This alleged attacker also caused serious material damage to the property he shared with the victim.

The apprehension took place at dawn on Sunday, April 30, in a house on 127th Street and 74th Avenue in the El Gaitero neighborhood, Maracaibo municipality, Zulia state.
It was the residents of the sector who reported the case of abuse and violence against the woman and her daughter. Upon learning what was happening, the locals went to the command of the Luis Hurtado Higuera parish and reported the facts.
