In the near future, OPPO will announce its presence OPPO Reno6 Series 5G for the Indonesian market. Later the series will be available in two variants, namely OPPO Reno6 5G and OPPO Reno6 PRO 5G. However, there has been no official news regarding the differences in the specifications of the two series.
However, there are two features that will be superior, which has been revealed by OPPO Indonesia’s Chief Creative Officer, Patrick Owen.
“OPPO Reno6 Series 5G which will be coming soon will introduce Portrait Video which is equipped with superior features that capture emotions through video for the better, such as Bokeh Flare Portrait and AI Highlight Video which have been optimized by computerized photography algorithms,” said Patrick.

“Portrait video allows the resulting video to be displayed in full screen mode. Videos taken with landscpe will not give a full view on the smartphone. With a full screen display, the details of the expression are captured perfectly, such as the fine lines at the edges of the lips when smiling, or the wrinkles on the forehead when surprised and so on.
Two features in Portrait Video consist of Bokeh Flare Video Effects and AI Portrait Video Expert.
The Bokeh Flare Video Effects feature can be done with the front camera and rear camera. Bokeh Flare Portrait Video uses OPPO’s proprietary AI algorithm to pinpoint the real light source behind the subject and create bokeh light points at various depths. Things that previously could only be done by professional cameras, can now be done by OPPO Reno6 5G and OPPO Reno6 PRO 5G. Video results with Bokeh Flare Video Effect can be seen immediately in 10 seconds.

While the AI Portrait Video Expert feature is intended for all conditions, for night/dark conditions and for day/light conditions. With OPPO Ultra Night Video, the algorithm will increase the brightness and use the true colors recorded by AI to significantly improve the video quality and color clarity so that the textures of objects in the video remain flawless and visible, even when shot in darker areas.
As for the day/light area, OPPO Reno6 5G is equipped with AI Highlight Video’s Live HDR where the algorithm will adjust the lighting and add colors according to the original color. OPPO Reno6 PRO 5G is equipped with DOL-HDR which improves video quality with clearer, more true-to-life colors and 4 times the dynamic range of videos.
